Country Manager, Managing Consultants, Consultants

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a dynamic and business-proven individual to lead the business operations in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, key responsibilities of the Country Manager will be to set a direction and manage a team in Malaysia and Singapore with plans to eventually expand regionally. You will play a strategic role in the profitability of the operations, business development, internal staff recruitment, executive search and placement and providing executive search solutions to clients. Your responsibilities, also includes management and overall general administration of the operations.

Section Manager, Group Information Technology (Malaysia & Singapore)
Responsibilities:

  • To assist IT Manager directing and managing operation activities within IT Department.
  • Leading and guiding the IT staff through the complete operation cycle.
  • Supervising and developing IT staff for continual improvement & optimized performance.
  • To implement processes to monitor and improving the effectiveness of IT Department.
  • To ensure the proper design and documentation of key processes and follow-up to address deviations from established process norm & standards.
  • Develop all IT related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies and procedures, strategic as well as practices are effectively communicated and implemented.

Account Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Perform functions to plan for, manage and control the assigned territory sales target goals, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.
  • Meet monthly revenue goals for the assigned region. Determine forecast and act as player/coach to manage inside and outside sales force in order to achieve these goals.
  • Perform product demonstrations as needed and assist outside sales staff with high profile or difficult accounts in order to advance sales opportunity and close business.
  • Review and maintain high profile customer relationships
  • Sell the company’s line of products in areas not assigned to direct reports, obtain leads and close sales. Set revenue goals and create long-term purchase agreements with key accounts.
  • Review and maintain relationships with national contracting groups within assigned region and assist in growing new national contract opportunities
  • Identify and report on potential opportunities to promote sales growth.
  • Establish budgets and ensure compliance with expense guidelines. Update database and generate reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess degree/diploma in with technical sales background
  • Knowledge in ICT will have an advantage
  • 3 to 5 years in direct sales experience with excellent selling skills in ICT industries
  • Ability to create non-traditional marketing and sales opportunities
  • Take ownership and posses passion in active customer engagement

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the candidate is responsible to pursue development and implementation of mobile and online service applications.
Key task include:

  • To have a dedicated developer concentrating on Web/WAP application development who will complement the development activities.
  • To provide technical expertise to facilitate the definition, design, implementation and rollout of new Web/WAP applications and products to match the needs of the market.
  • To integrate application and content, including those of third parties, to existing platform.
  • To be local and second line of support for the Server/Application standby team
  • Develop client side interfaces using the latest web technologies
  • Work with a team of programmers and web designers.
  • Ready to meet deadline and OT.

Requirements

  • Hardworking and ability to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines and OT.
  • Degree in  IT or related field
  • 1 - 4 years experience in application development.
  • Good knowledge of software development tools and programming models especially on Java, PHP and Linux
